TO ENTER: Select audio stems (“Audio Assets”) of the sound recording, “Robots May Break Your Heart” (“Recording”) featuring the performance of the recording artist, Riverboat Gamblers (“Artist”) which are available for Contest entrants (“Entrant”) to download. The Audio Assets can be modified and/or mixed with original audio files the Entrant creates for the purpose of creating new assets (the “Submission Materials”) using any platform the entrant chooses. All Remixes (as defined below) must have elements of the Audio Assets. Entrants must submit their final and complete Submission Materials of the Recording (“Remix”) by uploading the Remix to www.theriverboatgamblers.com between June 21, 2010 and August 20, 2010 (“Contest Period”). By entering the contest you agree to comply with the Official Rules.
- Entrants agree and acknowledge that no compensation will be paid to them for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, entering this Contest or creating a Remix.
- All Remixes must be in the following file formats: AIFF or WAV
- Entrants may enter as many Remixes as they want
- Entrants shall not use the Audio Assets in any manner or for any purpose other than for entering Contest
- There will only be 1 Grand Prize Winner, which will be determined by Riverboat Gamblers, Villiam Artist Management and Volcom Entertainment
- There will be only 5 Runner Ups, which will be determined solely by the Remixes with highest vote totals
- The winners will be announced on the Riverboat Gamblers website (www.theriverboatgamblers.com) after the winners have been notified.
- The Remix Contest begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time on June 21, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on August 20, 2010. Entries received after 11:59 pm on August 20, 2010 will be ineligible.
- All winning packages are complements of Riverboat Gamblers. Winners are responsible for all taxes and any other expenses not listed related to the acceptance and use of the prize. If the prize is refused or prize notification is returned, an alternate winner will be not be selected. Winners cannot elect to redeem the cash value of the prize or obtain any other substitute prize.
- No purchase is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Any fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification and voiding all eligibility of winning any prizes.
- Riverboat Gamblers is not responsible for error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operations transmission, theft of entry materials, or failure of Riverboat Gamblers to receive information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any combination thereof.

By entering this Contest, Entrants assign away and transfer (as set forth below) any and all rights in the Remixes on a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free basis, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, display, public performance, posting for streaming and/or download, making of derivative works, reproduction, distribution, and all other means of exploitation of the Remixes. This contest is subject to all local, state and Federal laws and is void where ever prohibited by law. By entering into the Contest you agree that all disputes will be settled by arbitration in Orange County California.
